Onmogelijk voor ons om vanuit Nederland in Italië te komen. Om die reden zijn we dus niet geweest. Hotel Cristallo zal ongetwijfeld een geweldig hotel zijn. Jammer dat ik geen reactie op mijn mails heb gekregen om bovenstaand probleem uit te leggen en naar een oplossing te zoeken. Misschien tegen beter weten in had ik gehoopt op een oplossing in deze bizarre tijd!

The staff were very warm and welcoming. The room had everything I needed and was comfortable. I think the breakfast was also very good. I would stay here again at this price. Great value!

Great location (5 mins from the train station), large room with private bathroom, all very clean. Breakfast included. Might get a bit noisy at night as it is next to a busy street.

(+) Good location - very close to the railway station and close to the historical city Cetra. Good breakfast. 24 hours open reception. Room for storing luggage. (-) No mini - bar in your room. Neighbors were singing in his room, talking loudly - problems with sound insulation.

The staff is really friendly, relaxed and they know English well. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was everytime delicious and fresh. Also the hotel is near the train station so it is easy to come there. I can surely recommend this place for everyone.

Everbody was very friendly, our room was very clear and quiet, the roomservice was perfect, the breakfast was very good with many offers....We hope to come back, thanks for all!
